Phlegmatic

An imbalance of phlegm, believed to be secreted by the brain and lungs, was linked to the winter season and moisture. Common prescribed treatments would include methods of “drying” and foods considered hot or dry, such as onion and garlic.

Phlegmatic has an aqua base with shimmering blue and green micro flakes and blue-green metallic-like shifting shimmer. The flakes may settle at the bottom of the bottle. Shake well or leave upside down for 2-3 minutes before applying.
