Exceptions / non-returnable items
At this time we do not accept returns other than cases that are beyond customer control.
Damages and issues
Email brokenpixelpolish@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and your name in your email, and a photo of the item, if applicable. Damaged or incorrect items will only be refunded if a photo is included.
Refunds
You will be notified via email of any full or partial refunds, replacement items, or refund denials.
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
