Harp's Rhapsody

Deep cobalt blue jelly polish with light blue shimmer, large green-blue-pink color shifting flakes, and a touch of scattered holo.

This tribute to Sailor Mercury’s attack is delicate and whimsical, yet still powerful enough to catch you off guard.

NOTES: Being a jelly polish, it will not reach full opacity. Large flakies may be stubborn at times. Let polish dry completely between coats for best results!
