Starlight's Eternal Kiss

A sparkling rainbow glitter and flakie bomb. Magenta jelly polish with pink-blue shifting micro flakes and packed with rainbow iridescent micro flakes, and two different small-sized rainbow iridescent glitters. 

Sailor Moon has always been the biggest and brightest, so the polish had to get on her level. The polish is a rainbow attack reminiscent of Eternal Sailor Moon’s key power.

NOTES: Magenta base may cause staining – wear a good base coat. Being a jelly polish, it may not reach full opacity.
