FAQ

1. The polish I want is sold out! Will it be restocked?

All polish will be restocked unless specifically marked discontinued or limited edition.

2. How often do you release polish, and how often do you restock a sold out permanent polish?

I try to maintain the following release schedule: 
  -  February 1st
  -  April 1st
  -  June 1st
  -  August 1st
  -  October 1st
  -  December 1st

However, I may have "pop-up" or special single, duo, or charity releases at any time.

3. What’s the deal with the gift with purchase (“GWP”)?

The GWP is a mini (7mL) mystery nail polish! These polishes are typically made with small batches of ingredients that we are no longer able to obtain. Therefore, the GWP polishes are unable to be released in full size and are very unique!

The GWP is on any order of physical product of at least $30. Only one GWP per order.

Some limited edition sets include its own GWP. In these cases, the normal GWP will not be included unless the remaining balance of the order is $30 or greater.

4. I bought a backup of my favorite polish, but I think it looks a little different from my first bottle. Why?

This could be due to a variety of reasons.

• Some pigments are more prone to fading. If the first bottle is a neon shade or a shade of purple, these are known to fade over time. Keeping your polish stored in a cool, dark place can help preserve the color for as long as possible.
• It's possible that one or more of the pigments in your second bottle came from a new batch supplied by the manufacturer. Pigment manufacturers occasionally have slight batch-to-batch variations. While this typically does not affect the final formula or finish of a polish, small shifts in tone can occur.
• Each batch of nail polish is hand-mixed. As with most handmade products, slight variations from batch to batch are normal.
